We can’t wait to welcome your child to Little Wolves! Please follow the button below and complete the form to request enrollment. (For the last question (School 1) choose “Little Wolves.”

Additional Information

After completing the basic information requested at the link above, a Little Wolves staff member will review your request and will contact you to make an appointment to come to Little Wolves to complete the enrollment process. You will be asked to bring the following documents with you:

  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Parent ID
  • Proof of residency
  • Immunization records

  • Custody information (if applicable)

A Little Wolves staff member will reach out to you with information about tuition payments.
If you plan to use a CCDF or On My Way Pre-K voucher to cover your child’s tuition, please let us know!
